The Notre Dame Conference Center is a full-service conference center. The Notre Dame Conference Center offers a complete conference planning package. Some of the services offered include: meals, lodging, income tracking, financial management, and registration.

The professional staff of the Notre Dame Conference Center has the knowledge and experience to help you host the best possible event. This page lists some of the planning, guest, and audio/visual services we provide.

Planning Services

During your event and in the months and weeks prior, the Notre Dame Conference Center staff can help you in the following ways: 

  • Mail event information to guests and speakers
  • Advertise in publications and ND Office of Public Relations
  • Design posters, flyers, and registration materials
  • Receive registrations by mail, email, fax, and online
  • Register and check in guests on-site
  • Assemble guest information packets
  • Prepare name tags, meal tickets, and meeting materials
  • Arrange accommodations and hotel room blocks
  • Arrange residence hall lodging (summer only)
  • Confirm housing and meal information


Daily Guest Services

Before your first scheduled meeting, our Information Desk opens for business -- ready to answer questions of the earliest arrivals and meet the last minute needs of meeting planners. Our staff is on duty until your final event of the day has concluded. Meeting planners and attendees have access to:

  • Facsimile services
  • Dinner reservations
  • Transportation assistance
  • Campus dining gift cards
  • Information on area attractions
  • Campus / South Bend area directions
  • Parking information / tokens
  • Long distance phone cards
  • Limited selection of office supplies
  • Business Center, which offers Windows-based computers along with printer for your use and convenience while visiting the conference center (charges may apply for printing).
